Prototype Build and Test

In many cases we have gone from competent circuit design, through use of tried and tested circuits and through circuit simulation, straight to board layout and have had ZERO error designs.

Prototype Build & Test extends to a pre-production (advanced prototype) stage where designs go straight to board layout, populating with components and testing the assembly.

In some cases, for very good judgemental reasons it is advantageous to either breadboard circuits or to build prototypes to prove out concepts and designs before committing to board layout.

We have built & tested breadboards and prototypes as part of a larger design project, which also gives an early hardware platform for software development with micro based designs.

We have taken circuit ideas or block diagram ideas to build and test, often with very little requirement brief, using initiative we are able to take judgement  to progress projects.

Production Build and Test

We have built and tested electronic production assemblies. Procured components, assembled boards and tested modules.

We have built and tested final deliverable products. Procured parts, assembled boards, assembled panels and units, panel wiring, equipment wiring with module and final test.

Through component & parts procurement, subcontract parts management, panel assembly, pcb assembly, wiring, board testing and product testing a complete solution and hence guaranteed workmanship is delivered.
